Virginia Wildfire Continues to Spread

NORTHERN VIRGINIA - Wildfires continue to blaze through Warren and Shenandoah counties. Fire crews are continuing to work on putting out the fire.
The fire is located on the George Washington and Jefferson National forest' lands between Sherman Gap and Veach Gap.
There was moderate fire activity over the weekend, but the fire poses a potential threat to homes and private land on the east and west.
Firefighters with the National Forest Service have been battling the fire since last Monday.
The Forest Service is asking residents to be cautious of the smoke.
