Supreme Court won't hear Maryland Redistricting Challenge

The high court decided to throw the lawsuit out. Some voters were unhappy with last year's new maps.
One complaint was how it discriminated against African-Americans because it didn't create a third majority-black congressional district in the State.
Some Washington County residents have said they're unhappy with the current map because their district now includes a large part of Montgomery County.
