BRAGGIN RIGHTS: David White

David White got his first national top 10 swimming time, placing sixth in the national in the YMCA National Top 10 List for 11-year-old boys in the 100 yard butterfly!
He also swam seven events at the 2012 short course Junior Olympic Championships. He was the highest placing 11-year-old in the state championship for the 200 yard IM. He met Michael Phelps, his butterfly idol, last summer and will most likely see him again this June.
Aside from his athleticism, David excels in school. He's an honor roll student and tutors Kindergartners for the Kid Writing Program on the side.
