Clear Spring, Walkersville Softball remain undefeated

Clear Spring remains unbeaten after defeating previously undefeated Smithsburg 3-2.  In the MVAL Piedmont, Walkersville remain unbeaten as well, topping T.J. 14-3.

I know that being an umpire you have to make some judgement calls. But when you miss a call as bad as the one the umpire missed by calling the smithsburg runner out for leaving early; you may want to consider retiring. Big let down on a call so blatantly wrong. Watch the video and it is clearly a bad call. Quit guessing and let the girls play.
