Officials Arrest Alleged Drunk Driver After Release From Hospital

BERKELEY COUNTY, WV - A man who was hospitalized after a car crash in Martinsburg was taken to the Eastern Regional jail after he was released from the hospital.
Police say William Jenkins was driving while intoxicated, and he refused to stop when they tried to pull him over Saturday night.
Officials later found Jenkins after he crashed into a utility pole near Thatcher Road.
Jenkins is being charged with fleeing while driving under the influence and he's being held on $25,000 bail.
