Future Meteorologist Tanner Rogers

WHAG had a special guest Wednesday, Tanner Rogers, a third-grade student at Berkeley Heights Elementary in Martinsburg, W.Va. Tanner has inspirations to be a meteorologist and has entered an essay contest, Smart529. He is writing about meteorology, and if he wins can win $5,000.
