WHAG - A topic receiving a lot of attention during this political season is the debate over immigration law. Some candidates for the Maryland General Assembly have been asserting that the state needs to enact similar legislation to that passed in Arizona.
Robert Barry Toth, an immigration lawyer in Frederick, sat down with WHAG's Ashley Monfort to talk about the issue.
Toth is licensed as an English solicitor, grew up in Frederick and interestingly was an immigrant himself at the age of 11.
