Candied Pecans or Walnuts

Candied Pecans or Walnuts

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar or Splenda Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Egg white
4 cups Pecans or Walnuts

Preheat oven to 175-degrees.  Mix Brown Sugar (or Splenda) and salt in a bowl and set aside.  In another bowl, beat egg white until foamy.  Slowly beat in sugar mixture.  Fold in pecans or walnuts.  Transfer nut mixture on parchment lined baking pan.  Spread a single layer across pan.  Bake 1 1/2 hours.  Break apart.
