Democrat Allan Lichtman was angry at being excluded from a debate at Maryland Public Television. He entered the building where the debate was being held and demanded to participate.
Police then slapped the handcuffs on and drove him away. The debate organizers only allowed candidates with more than 15% in the polls to take part.
