Man Returns Stolen Merchandise to Frederick Store

He then allegedly had someone else return the flooring for a merchandise card. The card was used to purchase a tool kit which was then sold at a local pawn shop. Ray and his two accomplices, 39-year-old Michael Schultzaberger of Frederick and 18-year-old Tabatha King of Mount Airy face theft and conspiracy charges.
