Frederick County Man Charged with Stealing Thousands from Police Organization

Frederick County States Attorney Scott Rolle told NBC25 they believe gambling was the reason 66-year-old Donald Travis allegedly began pocketing money from the Fraternal Order of Police. Rolle said the scheme continued for about a year and a half ending late last year, when Travis was the manager of the organizations former lodge. Travis could face 15 years in prison. A trial has been set for next month.
