Robert Kozak of Frederick is a scientist and president of a bio-tech company. He told NBC25 one of the reasons he decided to run for Congress is because he was frustrated with the lack of action taken by both parties on issues like imported oil and renewable energy. Kozak wants to implement ways to produce sustainable home grown energy. "I think I could really represent the independent people of the 6th district, so we can bring jobs and new ownership opportunities for business based upon some of the new, renewable fuel technologies that are going on right now," said Kozak. Kozak will face incumbent Roscoe Bartlett as well as democrats Andrew Duck and Barry Kissin. Reported by Angela Bohon" Maryland Lt.
