Three Weather-Related Deaths in Maryland

Fire and rescue officials got a call shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday night reporting a car stranded in high water. Emergency responders were able to start rescue efforts but while they were working to save them the three victims were swept away by quickly moving water. Officials said the water was almost three feet deep. Search efforts were called off at 2 a.m. Wednesday morning after all three bodies were recovered.
