Sex Offender Wanted in Washington County

29-year-old James Fauble of Hagerstown was convicted of third degree sexual assault eight years ago. Sheriff Deputies said Fauble assaulted a 13-year-old in Frederick County in 1997.
He was released from prison in 2004. His last known reported address is at the Hagerstown Rescue Mission on North Prospect Street. Fauble is described as 51 and about 150 pounds.
Investigators said sex offenders who fail to update their information could face three years in prison or a $5,000 fine. Anyone with information about Fauble is urged to contact the Washington County Sheriffs Office.
