Beddington Fire Officials said it happened around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday morning and lasted more than five hours.
12 units were called to the scene, but the fire completely burned down Duffys Tavern and parts of the Berkeley Plaza Theater.
No one was injured, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
