Police Investigating Dart Attacks in Berkeley County

City Police said someone has been using a dart gun to fire at random victims. One of the attacks happened on Woodbury Avenue near Moler Avenue. A man was walking his dog when he felt a sharp pain. His wife said he thought it was a bee sting until he saw what looked like a needle sticking out of his chest. Martinsburg City Police said theyre searching for two men driving a white car, possibly a Chevy Cavalier or a Ford Taurus. It does not appear that any of the victims were badly hurt.
