Kids and adults were there at the annual Wine and Arts Festival with blankets and chairs sitting on the lawns of the Boydville Inn listening to great music performed by different artists. Sunday was the last day for folks to sample all kinds of wine that was made in the Mountain State. The festival was sponsored by the Arts Centre in Martinsburg. There were raffle tickets bought and prizes won. Executive Director of the Arts Centre, Topper Sherwood said this years festival was more exciting than the other ones in the past. "This year Ive been told is better than ever. I mean its just been tremendous.
