Creative Corners arches come in several styles, including partial arch, full arch, cathedral, and step. Each arch is 4 3/4" wide, so they will work around any standard wall thickness. But the company also offers custom arches, so if you need a different size, they are available.

After you dry-fit the arches into the corners, all you do is put some compound on them, put them up in the corners, and attach them with drywall screws. Then put some joint tape around them to prevent cracks and apply a coat of drywall. Once that dries, sand it down and repeat the process until you get the compound to the desired consistency. Then all you have to do is paint or wallpaper. It's that easy.
