ANNAPOLIS, MD - Maryland House of Delegates passed a measure to strengthen the distracted driving laws in the state.
The House voted 109-29 Thursday to make driving while talking on your cell phone a primary offense.
Currently it is a secondary offense so drivers must do something illegal, like speeding, for police to pull them over.
