Winter Weather Alert: The National Weather Service is continuing a Winter Weather Advisory for Garrett County, MD and Somerset County, PA, as well as Western Grant and Western Mineral Counties, WV until 8:00 AM Thursday. Anywhere from 2-4" of snow is possible in the higher elevations.

Tonight: Partly cloudy skies, with mountain snow showers continuing. Low: 25-30. Winds: Northwest 10-20 MPH.
Tomorrow (Thursday): Partly sunny skies. Mountain snows will continue with the northwest flow. The entire area will also see breezy winds. High: 40-45, colder in Mountain Maryland. Winds: Northwest 15-25 MPH with gusts as high as 30-35 MPH.
Tuesday Night: Mainly clear skies. Low: 24-29.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy skies with a chance of rain showers. High: 53. Low: 32.
Sunday (Saint Patrick's Day): Mostly cloudy skies with a chance of rain/snow showers. High: 45. Low: 33.
As a frontal boundary lingers around the area into the weekend, we will see a few areas of low pressure develop and ride along that front. Current model indications indicate that there could be enough cold air in place for a few snowflakes at the onset of the precipitation with the temperatures near the freezing mark, but as temperatures warm-up, the precipitation would change to all rain.
Monday: Mostly cloudy skies with a chance of rain showers. High: 47. Low: 37.
Tuesday: Partly sunny skies with a chance of rain showers. High: 48. Low: 35.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny skies. High: 43. Low: 32.
