A few participating are The Tasting Room, The
Cellar Door, and Brewer's Alley.
Participating restaurants are offering a three-course meal for a fixed price.
"Definitely busier in the kitchen just because of the fact more people are looking forward it getting out and trying different things because of that pre-fixed menu," says Chef Jeffrey Dempsey, of Brewer's Alley.
Restaurants say this week is a win-win, it gives people a chance to try something new, and gets business going.
"What we see is definitely an increase of business with an influx of our restaurant week menu. We see bigger groups come in, specifically to see what we're offering and it has an increase in sales," says Brewer's Alley Manager Sonya McMillion.
Chefs will prepare different menus throughout the week, which will include a combination of new items and their traditional dishes.
Restaurant week runs through the weekend. Some places are offering lunch and dinner specials.
