Inmate Charged In Residential Burglary

FREDERICK COUNTY, MD- The Frederick Police Department's Criminal Investigation Unit say a Frederick County man, who's already incarcerated, is facing burglary charges after breaking into a house last November.
Police served David Shumaker the charging document at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center on Wednesday.
The charges come after the investigation revealed Shumaker was a suspect in the case and responsible for burglarizing a house in the 500 block of Cascade Way in Frederick, Md.
Police say Shumaker was being held at the detention center on unrelated charges at the time of the service.
