Police Investigating Murder-Suicide at College Park

COLLEGE PARK, MD- Authorities are investigating a murder-suicide involving three University of Maryland students.
One of the students allegedly opened fire on his two housemates in an off-campus residence, before turning the gun on himself.
Authorities say just after 1:00 a.m. Tuesday morning that same student set fire in the basement of the house, the two housemates confronted him and as they tried to get away their roommate shot at them, killing one and injuring the other.
The shooter then went to the back of the house and took his own life.
Police say the injured student is from Frederick, Maryland and is expected to survive.
