Police In Frederick Investigating Alleged Rape Near Grocery Store

FREDERICK COUNTY, MD - Police in Frederick are investigating an alleged rape that happened when a woman was walking home from a grocery store.
The 31-year-old woman told police the rape occurred around 8:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Weis Market on Thomas Johnson Drive.
Police say she was walking from the supermarket when two men pulled her into a car in the parking lot.
They then allegedly sexually assaulted her.
She was able to escape and taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The suspects are described as a black man and white man in dark clothing.
The victim told police the men were in a white four door sedan, possibly a Chevrolet Malibu.
