Winter Weather Advisories & Flood Warning Remain in Effect Through Friday

Here are the current Flood Warnings that are active, as of 5:45 PM EST on Thursday, and these will remain into effect until further notice:
Cacapon River near Gret Cacapon affecting Morgan County, West Virginia
Monocacy River near Frederick affecting Frederick County, Maryland
Goose Creek near Leesburg affecting Loudoun County, Virginia
Opequon Creek near Martinsburg affective Berkeley and Jefferson Counties, West Virginia
Shenandoah River at Millville affecting Clarke County, Virginia and Jefferson County, West Virginia
Potomac River at Point of Rocks affecting Frederick County, Maryland and Loudoun County, Virginia.
Most of these rivers and creeks are experiencing minor to moderate flooding and should recede back below flood stage within the next 24-48 hours.
