Hagerstown Man Faces Sexual Abuse Charges

HAGERSTOWN, MD - The Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested a Hagerstown man in connection with the sexual abuse of a female juvenile. 

Patrick Maietta has been charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense, sexual abuse of a minor, and other offenses.

Maietta is accused of sexually abusing the female over a three-year time frame. 

The young girl was between the ages of 11 and 14-years old when the abuse allegedly occurred.

Maietta is currently being held at the Washington County Sheriff's Office on a $350,000 bond.
