Bomb Threat and Robbery at Local Bank

CHAMBERSBURG, PA - Pennsylvania State Police say they are looking for a man who robbed the M&T Bank on Lincoln Way East in Chambersburg and threatened the teller with what he said was a bomb.
Police say the man entered the bank on Thursday afternoon. They say he talked about a bomb and left an object at the bank, which police later found was not an explosive device.
Route 30 was closed in both directions for about an hour while a bomb squad was called in.
The robber got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
