Clear Spring Teenager Honored in Rose Bowl Parade

WHAG- A local family spent New Year's day in Pasadena, California, watching the Rose Bowl Parade.
But it was a bittersweet trip for the parents of Quinn Hoover.
Quinn is the teenager from Clear Spring who died in a car accident last March.
A photo of Quinn made up of flowers was featured on the "Donate Life Float".
His parents helped decorate the float over the weekend, and were in the crowd to see it Tuesday.
Quinn was one of 72 people honored for donating their organs.
