HAGERSTOWN, MD- If you have not finished your Christmas shopping, you're not the only one.

On Christmas Eve, shoppers hit the local malls and shopping centers, including the Hagerstown Premium Outlet, to grab those last minute gifts.

Folks were out buying presents for family and friends. Many stores extended their hours for the shoppers' convenience.  Some local shoppers say because of their busy schedule, this was the only time to do their Christmas shopping.

"We were really busy, I was waiting for my daughter to get home from college so she can come out here and join me shopping and stuff, so that was the main purpose of getting out here so late," says Cynthia Scott, a Frederick resident.

Retailers like Macy's, Nordstrom and Target have extended hours. Toys R Us stores say they are going to stay open until 10 p.m. Christmas Eve.
