"It was basically for the officers soldiers and civilians in our brigade to understand back to the fundamentals why we do what we do," says Kim Bivin of the 21st Signal Brigade. "Those are the set army values that we have reaffirmed today with our respective folks."
The ceremony also included remarks from Command Sergeant Major Robert Daniel Junior, and singing God Bless America and the Army Song.
By restating their respective oath, the ceremony focused on renewing a sense of purpose within each member of the brigade on what it means to serve our nation.
"It feels great to be here especially in today's economy and everything going on. It's so wonderful to be with such a great team to come together," says William Rogge of the 21st Signal Brigade. "It makes me feel proud to be in the army and we have a great team."
