Dual Highway Eastbound Reopens after Propane Truck Leak

HAGERSTOWN, MD - Authorities say all eastbound lanes on Dual Highway at Eastern Boulevard are back open after
a propane truck leak.
The highway was shut down for about 90 minutes as HAZMAT crews worked to clean the spill.
According to the Washington County Emergency Services, police responded to the leak around 1:52 p.m.
Authorities say the shopping center at 2101 Dual Highway was evacuated. Since the spill, workers have been able to return to their buildings.
Washington County Special Operations were also on the scene.
