SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV - The Jefferson County Fire Department is investigating a possible arson in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

Police responded to the blaze around 6:15 p.m. Friday. Officials say the fire broke out at a commercial structure on Princess Street.

Fire officials add the fire heavily surrounded the second floor of the building and are calling it a possible arson.

No one was injured in the blaze, but the structure is believed to be completely destroyed.

Officials will continue to investigate the fire, which took just about an hour to put out.
