They say Juan Sylvester Barnes, 29, was found guilty of shooting and killing Christopher Follett, 29, in January. It happened on the 300 Block of Jonathan Street. Police say Follett was shot in the head with a bullet from a .45 caliber handgun.
Barnes is convicted on five counts of second degree murder, reckless endangerment, use of firearms in a crime of violence, possessing a firearm after being disqualified from a previous conviction, and wearing/carrying a handgun.
