WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD - A teenager has been charged with negligent driving after he struck two boys who were about to get on their school children, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
The 17-year-old male was also charged with failing to stop for a school bus, deputies said.
The boys, 5 and 10, were treated at the hospital for minor injuries.
It happened on Broadfording Road off of Greencastle Pike just after 7:30 a.m. Friday morning.
