Frederick Park Could be Underwater by Tuesday Evening

The National Weather Service extended the flood warning for the river until Thursday afternoon.
The NWS reported that this could be the worst flood for the Monocacy Basin since 1972.
The river surpassed its flood stage of 15 feet early Tuesday morning. Officials say it could crest near 24 feet Tuesday.
