WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD- Officials say two women entered the store Tuesday afternoon with an empty baby carriage. They say the women put several items in the carriage, and tried to leave.
They were stopped by store security. At that point, they left the items and left the scene.
A few hours later, the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office located the car with two women, but no arrests were made.
