Conviction Upheld for Man Who Shot Neighbor

PENNSYLVANIA- The Superior Court of Pennsylvania has decided convicted Shippensburg killer Chad Kirby will remain in jail after months of appeals.

Kirby's original sentence was vacated by a lower court, but was reversed Wednesday by the Superior Court.

He was convicted in 2009 for the shooting death of his neighbor Andy Buttermore.
