Boonsboro Man Sentenced To 15 Years In Jail For Child Sex Abuse

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD - A Boonsboro man found guilty of sexually abusing a young Tennessee girl has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Police say Gerald Hubbard began sexually abusing the girl in 2007 when she was four years old.
She had moved to Sharpsburg from Tennessee with Christy Woods.
Woods allegedly knew about the abuse and didn't report it.
She pleaded guilty to second degree child abuse and was sentenced to three years of supervised probation.
Hubbard and Woods knew each other through the internet.
