Court Date for Woman Accused of Spiking Drinks with Visine

FULTON COUNTY, PA - The Fulton County woman accused of poisoning the man she lived with by spiking his drinks with Visine eye drops was in court Monday afternoon.
Court officials say Vickie Mills' lawyer chose to waive the preliminary hearing.
They say there's enough evidence to skip the hearing. Her next court appearance will be for the preliminary arraignment, which has not been scheduled yet.
According to court documents, Mills admitted putting Visine drops into Thurman Nesbitt's drinking water 10 to 12 different times since 2009.
Nesbitt suffered serious medical problems. Mills says she never meant to hurt him and only wanted his attention.
She is being charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.
