NEWSMAKER: West Virginia Hospitality Cup Competition

MORGANTOWN, WV - High School culinary students are competing in a state-wide competition on who can make the best dishes. It's called the West Virginia Hospitality Cup Competition. From our area, James Rumsey Technical Institute in Martinsburg will be competing starting Wednesday.
