NASA Weighs in on Winter

It's been the talk all over the Four-State Region as well as across the United States, what's up with this winter? No snow for Christmas in Chicago, 60 degrees in January, an extreme lack of snowfall. What is going on?
Our very own Meteorologist Tim Pandajis wanted some answers so he spoke with NASA research physical scientist Gail Skofronick Jackson from the Goddard Space Flight Center. There are ongoing NASA project to better forecast winter storms and look into what has caused such intense events as "Snowmageddon" several winters ago.
