Maryland State Police, Cumberland:
Suspect broke into a car on Glen Oaks Drive, Bel Air, Md on 11/06/2011. Suspect then entered the Circle K gas station located on McMullen Hwy moments later and used the stolen credit card to purchase cigarettes. Any information identifing this suspect please contact TFC Buskirk 301-729-2101.
Cumberland Police Department:
On November 29, 2011 at approximately 5:45 PM the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business on Park Street for the report of a disturbance.  A male subject entered the business and started taking food off a child's plate, which he did not know.  The subject was asked to leave and refused.  When officers arrived that asked the subject to leave and he continued to refuse to leave the premises.  Officers arrested Glenn Paul Plummer Jr., age 46 of Cumberland.  Plummer was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing.  He was taken for an initial appearance at Allegany County District Court and held without bond.
On November 29, 2011 at approximately 7:50 PM the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 block of Central Avenue for the report of a disturbance.  Officers investigated and learned that a male subject entered a neighbor's residence and attacked him.  Joseph Glenn Rawls, age 34 of Cumberland was arrested at the scene.  Rawls was found to be in possession of a knife and entered the residence without permission.  Rawls was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Assault 2nd degree, Reckless Endangerment, and concealed Deadly Weapon.  Rawls was taken to Allegany County District Court for an initial appearance and held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
