Officials Arrest Man in Connection to $25K Narcotics Theft

WESTERNPORT, MD - A West Virginia man was arrested Sunday after deputies say he stole $25,000 worth of narcotics from a pharmacy.
Richard Saville is from Piedmont, WV, but he is facing multiple charges including burglary and possession with intent to distribute in Maryland.
Allegany County, Maryland deputies went to the Tri-Town Pharmacy in Westernport on Friday. Officials say narcotics and cash were stolen.
After getting a warrant to search the suspect's home, deputies say they found a large amount of narcotics and cash.
Saville is being held without bail pending extradition to Maryland. According to the Allegany County Sheriff's office, additional arrests are pending.
