On November 3, 2011 at approximately 2015 hours, law enforcement personnel with the Henrico County, Virginia, Sheriff's Department apprehended the two suspects wanted in connection with the armed robbery that occurred on October 27, 2011 at Steve's Pharmacy, Bel-Air Plaza, Cresaptown, Maryland.   Dulin Mayhew, 20 years of age, no fixed address and Stephen Mayhew Jr. 25 years, no fixed address were arrested without incident by members of the Henrico County Sheriff's Department after the brother's surrendered themselves into the Henrico County Detention Center.  Participating in the three (3) day search for the fugitives were members of the United States Marshall's Office, Hanover Virginia Police Department, Henrico County Sheriff's Department, Winchester (Virginia) Police Department, Frederick County Sheriff's Department (Virginia), Maryland State Police Fugitive Unit, C3I Fugitive Unit and all law enforcement agencies in Allegany County, Maryland and Mineral County, West Virginia.

 

The Mayhew brothers will remain incarcerated in the Henrico County Detention Center, pending extradition back to the State of Maryland.

Bench Warrant Service
On November, 3, 2011 the Cumberland City Police Department arrested Aaries Janae Woods on a bench warrant.  The warrant stems from Woods failing to appear for her trial in District Court for underage possession of alcohol.  Woods was taken to District Court for her initial appearance and was released on her personal recognizance.
