Disorderly Conduct Arrest
On 10/30/11 Cumberland Police Officers responded to a Centre Street business for a reported disturbance. Upon the Officers arrival they observed several people standing outside the business actively involved in an argument. The parties were ordered to separate and they did so. While speaking to the subjects one subject continued to yell and argue at the other party. He was told to stop yelling and speak to the Officers. He began to speak with the Officers but again continued to yell at the other subjects, causing a disturbance. At that time he was placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to the Cumberland Police Department where he was issued a Criminal Citation and released.
