The victim first reported the incident to the Maryland State Police in early August after discovering that approximately $15,000.00 was missing from a business account and was unaccounted for. Arnold was working as the office manager at that time.
Arnold was charged with three counts of Theft ($1000.00 to under $10,000.00) and one count of Theft Scheme ($10,000.00 to under $100,000.00). He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance, and was ordered held on $20,000.00 bond. He has since posted bond, and is free pending his next court.
