Officials Find Intruder in Hood College Female Bathroom

FREDERICK COUNTY, MD -Frederick police arrested a man after witnesses say he went inside a woman's bathroom at Hood College.
Justin Morgan has been charged with trespassing and conducting visual surveillance of another person. Police say Morgan, who is not a student at the school, was inside a dormitory bathroom while a female student took a shower.
Campus security alerted police Morgan illegally entered Memorial Hall around 12:10 a.m. Thursday. Police were on campus investigating a separate incident when they received the call. Some students reported seeing Morgan enter the dorm illegally. Dorm officials also told police they saw the suspect in the bathroom of the all female floor.
Police caught the suspect leaving the building and arrested him when his story changed .
Morgan is being held on $25,000 bond.
