Braggin' Rights: Teacher in Space

Erin Sponaugle, a teacher at Tomahawk Intermediate School in Hedgesvile was one of 250 teachers from 27 countries and 47 states who was selected to win an all-paid scholarship to a space adademy in Huntsville, AL.

Her week of camp included real-life astronaut training such as high-performance jet stimulation, scenario-based space missions and water survival training.
