Kourtni Roby, Keyser- Female Student Athlete of the Month- June 2008
The female Student Athlete of the Month is Kourtni Roby, a senior at
"I really loved working with the teams,” said Kourtni. “I learned so much from my teammates and I loved running with my friends this year."
Off the track Kourtni carries a 4.10 G.P.A. and is ranked in the top ten students in her class. She was named the Katharine Church Award winner for excelling in academics and sports, and was accepted into Allegany College of Maryland's competitive Dental Hygiene program..
"They only take two high school students directly each year. 300 applied this year and I was honored to be one of those two high school students," said Kourtni.
