NOON NEWSMAKER: Eric Ruffner Overcomes Challenge

For more than 14 years, Eric Ruffner worked for the Ruby Tuesday restaurant chain, first as an assistant manager, then as a general manager and finally as a director of operations.
Then, five and a half years ago, he was involved in a serious motorcycle accident, causing him to lose part of his left arm.
Ruffner was motivated from his injury and used his creativity to stay in the restaurant industry just in a different capacity.
